Wellington to Build 9/11 Memorial With Private Money
The project will honor patriots, with a particular nod to 9/11. And a piece of that historic, albeit sad, day will be on display.
Wellington is in the preliminary stages of designing a "9/11 Patriots Memorial," hoping to unveil it in 2011, on the 10-year anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks.
