The DoD EMALL shifts the acquisition paradigm away from repetitive small purchases to establishment of broad contractual arrangements that allow the Government Purchase Card (GPC) customer to place delivery orders against established contract vehicles. This strategy enables the DoD to leverage the Department’s buying power through volume discounts and streamline the procurement process for commercial items.”

• Go to DoD EMALL at emall.dla.mil and Login. If you are a new shopper then you must first register.
• If you are purchasing using a GPC Card then you can search DoD EMALL for the desired product, select it and order right away.
• If you wish to purchase using MILSTRIP you must fax in a MILSTRIP form to the DoD EMALL help desk for authorization.
